 - Added no-split mode as a level 39 reward.  
 - Improved banking boot times.  You can now grant players additional banked time at the start of the game and control how long the banking time expires after.  
 - The real-time clock now shows how much time you have banked after you commit.  You can always view the full amount by visiting the nudge/boot window and clicking the "speed" link.
 - Added optional e-mail validation.
 - Fixed a bug that could let team Round Robin tournaments create more games for a team at a time than the limit.
