General

 - Improved the error message for users who specify an invalid e-mail address when signing up using a general invite.
 - Refactored the way the website login system worked internally.  Due to this, everyone was logged out when Phase 3 went live (just one time).
 - Refactored the way that cards work internally.  This fixed lots of bugs related to cards, and allowed cards that your teammates play to say "Teammate Played" on them.  The cards panel should be much more reliable now - please let me know if you find any bugs related to cards.
 - Reinforcement cards can now be discarded.
 - Fixed a bug that caused open games to still appear on the My Games page after 24 hours.
 - Changed the "Warlords" template to default to limiting players to 4 territories each. This also affects the default when using the "Custom Game" button, since that button is just a shortcut to customizing the Warlords template.
 - The silverlight client now displays a friendly message when it detects it is out of date and the browser needs to be refreshed.
 - Partial cards in the Cards Panel no longer get messed up when the panel is resized vertically
 - Top-aligned names in forum posts.
 - "Post reply to this thread" -> "Post a reply to this thread"
 - A bug was fixed that caused some communication problems to show the Error dialog instead of the Could Not Connect dialog.

Tournaments

 - Added double-elimination tournaments.
 - Added a "Toggle Players" button that allows you to remove the players list and see the tournament area full-screen.
 - On the tournament page, the sort order of the players was changed so that accepted players would appear above declined/not-accepted players.
 - Fixed a bug that caused the winners of Round Robin tournaments to be wrong sometimes.
 - Removed the word "Currently" on the My Tournaments page.
 - The name of the tournament is now prefixed onto the name of each game belonging to that tournament.  If the tournament name is very long, it will be chopped off.  This will not affect games that were created before phase 3.
 - Round Robin tournaments are now limited to 20 teams maximum.
 - The My Games page no longer bugs you to join tournaments that have already started.
 - Fixed a bug that caused some team tournaments to produce an error and have unviewable brackets.
 - If you host a tournament but don't invite yourself, the tournament now appears on the My Tournaments page.
 - Fixed a bug that was causing direct URL links to tournaments to not work.
 - The Create Game tab was moved to the right of Tournaments.
 - A "Last Tournament" tab was added for easy return to the last tournament you were viewing.
 - Round-robin tournaments no longer show declined players in the circle.
 - Round-robin game links now link to the correct game.
 - Round-robin links now show the result (win/lost) next to each game link.
 - On the My Tournaments page, tournaments are now sorted chronologically starting at the bottom, to be similar to the My Games page.
 - If you are not in any tournaments, the My Tournaments page now shows a friendly "You are not in any tournaments" message.
 - The My Tournaments page now auto-refreshes when you navigate to it.
 - A message at the top of the tournament page informs players what is needed to make the tournament start.
 - The "Forward Invites" button now disappears once the tournament starts.
 - Columns aligned on the tournament players list.
 - If a round-robin tournament has a partially filled team and the host tries to start, they now get a more friendly error message.
