What's even crazier, is.... look at mod's last 10 games. He went inactive and set it so that he's playing 1 game at a time, and slowly getting booted every single game.

And after a bunch of boot losses, he's still #1.


Edit: Oh, and look at the dates, too! He's been doing that for almost a whole month now and he's still #1.

Off topic, but how come i cannot set it to one game at a time? The lowest i can change it to is two games a time.

Edit: Also how come i gradually lose 1 point at a time, over time without winning or losing games?

I have checked the wiki and could not find anything about it.

In order to play only 1 game at a time, you need at least 30 unexpired games


Also, you lose/gain points if the opponents you have played, in finished games, do better. for example if we play, and I beat you, and then drop 700 points in rating, then your rating will drop as well.

@Forbidden Thanks, it seems like the other ladders are more complex than i thought compared to the real time ladder.

The Real-Time Ladder uses Microsoft's TrueSkill which just gives you results based on each game instead of recalculating the whole system each time. The 1v1 and 2v2 ladders use Remi Coulon's Bayeselo which recalculates everyone's rating/ranking each time it runs.

summer is now 1st, but she already was yesterday and then lost the place again to a guy who is getting booted :)
