I don't think there is, but the most amount of losses, in a row, that I have ever had was 6.

These were all legit losses and also a pretty good explanation of why I left the 1v1 ladder- and strategy games altogether- to play diplos exclusively for a year.

3-4 is most I expect I've ever lost unless we're counting boot-streaks.

I believe my longest winstreak was 11 games though. Lost game 1 to Verzehrer on seasonal ladder, then won 11 straight to be 11-1.
