Google Chrome :

Settings -> Privacy -> Content Settings


Check the box "Do not show any images".

You can add Warlight to the Exception and make all sites show.



Enjoy loading maps and not seeing ads. I do not see the box "Failed to display ad".




It looks that this pop up happens when you try to reload a page or your internet slowed down.

If you want to remove the box specifically, you can ask someone for a greasemonkey script.
It will remove the specific element.

edit: This tactic is also a failure because Warlight has displayed a failed-ad popup even when ads are succesfully showing ads. -.-

I already have membership on more than one account. And yet, I still get ad-display fails on FK, so I call that tactic a failure. Try again

a little duct tape on your screen should do the trick.

if you don't have any duct tape handy the off switch on your computer is a good temporary fix.

if all else fails closing your eyes will block it from entering your optic nerve.

You can use another setting under Privacy as before :

Plugins :

Run and detect important plugins. Advertisements won't loop in your pages. They are still loaded.


"Blocking" images does not to prevent from loading them I believe.


I think I actually got it. The "Warlight Failed" is a pop up. There is an option to disable pop up. I think it will disable it permanently.





As a note, I just got the magic box. When hovering over it, it seems that is Adobe Flash. You will need to block some adobe flash script.

EDIT: I just tried it and it gets rid of your filters when you reload the page, so it's useless.

Wait until box appears. Use the loupe element in Dev Console for Chrome (Menu -> Tools).


It should be some FlashVars=gibberish. Copy the whole thing and it should work. The window/pop up seems to be a flash thing.

I think a $30 reward is deserved.
