Statistics are often foolish indicators of skill. Many people create rt games with ridiculous settings and simply farm it and gain no strategy. If we could have a percentage next to our lvl and 2v2 win rates that tell how many of those games played are ladder then I think it would tell a lot more about a player than a 90% 2v2 win rate.

It shows ladder rating, far more useful than ladder winrate.

Ladder winrate is nearly 50% for everyone except the very top players and the very bottom. Everyone in the middle is near 50%, it's just who they're 50% against that determines whether they're 1400 rating or 1800 for example.

he was saying % of games that are ladder games. but that would only show how long/active the person has been on the ladder.

Well, yeah.

He seems to think someone is good because they have played on the ladder a lot.
