Guys, You know how the Pots are divided in the champions league? ABCD? If you don't know what I'm talking about look around in the forums..

Usually players from Pot A and Pot B get out of the group-stage and go to the Knockouts.

This is what I hope a Pot C + D tournmaent.

I don't want it filled with absolute noobs. I want this to be some competition.

Since I was put in D (or E, summat like that) I think I qualify as a player who needs some experience. Count me in.

Lets put it this way. You wouldn't be in Masters if you weren't really freaking good. Everyone in Masters can make a run for #1 on any of the ladders. Just like anyone in Apex or Lynx can. To top it off you were also #1 on the 2v2 ladder at one point.

If templates are standard (either Strategic, 3v3 EU or something featured on WSOW or the Real Time Ladder), I'd like to play.

BTW .... Thanks for hosting these events. Its good that someone stepped up to do it, just be careful you don't have too many things going on at once or the enthusiasm and excitement drops. Kinda like World Cup (soccer/football) and the Olympics. Gotta save the hype!

My 2v2 ladder run set the record for most consecuative 2v2 ladder wins..... But I am no 1v1 champion. I will be starting a run soon and will be happy if I reach top 20.....

I don't personally mind if it's real-time or not. If it's real-time would be awesome to try and to do some kind of a live-stream.

Maybe not 32 but lower.

Best for newcomers and for peoples games to be analysed.

Besides that... What would people prefer Real-Time or Multi-day?

I would like multiday. 30 turns games last very very long.

I would prefer multiday, 1v1, and single elimination.

WGL already hosts 2 REALTIME tournaments weekly...

However I used to do something called "Turtle's Random Tournaments". I would basically pick a random day or two in a week and we would have rt tournament at 8pm eastern time..... That kinda fell through though.

Mr. Gentlemen had a Midnight Madness tournament or whatever which was a 1v1 tournament random week nights at midnight.


If you ever host a stream I am willing to commentate via Skype for this skill level.

Or if you made a YouTube channel like Mythonian and Kcscrag I could help with that.

If I recall, the average 1v1 Strat ME game lasts like 8-12 turns. (10 I think...)

@MT Unless your Gnuffone, then it lasts 1-2 years
