Platinum, I feel the need to address you trying to bring my age as some kind of excuse to make your illogical claims. He did post porn a few months ago and was suspended for it. Recently he made that thread and was suspended for it. Now he is complaining about the rule that he broke twice (about 5 times if you consider he slammed the forums with porn). If I were Fizzer, he would be banned by now. The age requirement for this site is 13, while the age required to view pornographic content (in the United States) is 18.

Before you cite stuff, understand it. The constitution only applies to the government suppressing your speech. It's Fizzers website and he can ban anybody at any time for any reason and it breaks 0 United States laws.
