^ Freedom of speech doesn't mean a private website can't ban you for doing something they disagree with. It means the government can't prosecute you for saying something assuming you aren't causing violence.

Fizzer banned him because there was sexual content due to ad rulings. Which makes this game and him survive.

BUT - What I'm saying is he never commited an offence.. No offence was made. Therefore Lolicon suspension was unfair. In that sense.

Doesn't matter if it is unfair. Fizzer reserves the right to ban any player at any moment. Lolicon has done it before and it seemed likely that without the suspension, rules would be broken. I think making a forum thread with a sexual title should be against the rules anyways.

Absolutely.

Even if all about profit, when a paying customers actions deter other paying customers or deter other potential paying customers from becoming paying customers then getting rid of them is more profitable than keeping them.

I don't have any part in the running of this site, but I do admin other games, that have more players on them than warlight does. They run on a similar model where people can choose to pay but can also play for free. I ban people that choose to pay on a regular basis, and whether someone does or doesn't choose to pay is never even checked when deciding in what manner to punish them.

Really , loicon what he was saying was right , and on his sake of freedom. I think Fizzer banned him unfairly.
