According to the laws and regulations of North Korea, you will receive lawyer appointed to your by the state. This lawyer will work in tandem with the prosecutor to convict you and sentence you to your fate. You do not get to say no. You do not get to decline. You will be judged guilty no matter your plee. You will be sentenced to a lifetime in a concentration camp. No they dont serve cookies there.

You will receive a court notice in the near future.

I'm pretty sure it's fully specifically legalised in the law code, just with a footnote to not have sexuality parades.

The Korean Friendship Organisation is supported by the North Korean government. It's not digging when you're on the computer - it's right there without scrolling. Also, that checklist does not say loads - just that gays aren't treated specially and grey area on same sex relationships.
