You can use a handy website called ibin.co. It's very user-friendly. Just click the button, scroll through your folders until you found your preferred image, and it will automagically turn that picture into a link.

I'm pretty sure imgur is the easiest thing out there, you can even just dump screenshots, or what's on your clipboard there.

I find Gyazo even easier. It just instantly uploads the part of your screen that you want to the website. You can even set it to wait so you get a gif at the end.
