I'm surprised my "Nebulona" template still has yet to make a debut into mainstream templates. I made it 2 years ago, promoted it numerous times and MotD played it and liked it just to name drop.

The cards are in that much pieces because each player gets 4 card pieces and there are 8 players on a team, so I multiplied the card pieces by 8. The reinforcement card is worth 5 because by the end of turn 5, each player in a team would have 8 lots of 5 (40) more armies per turn.

I just took a look, those bonuses don't look more balanced then unchanged, order priority comes too quick, Europe is better for 3vs3, abandon seems okay.
All-in-all not a particular bad template, but not perfect and it also fails to distinguish itself from other templates.
