Okay. Detective Genghis on the scene of the crime, everybody. We've been looking for "HIM" for months. The WLPD hasn't had a lead in months, the case had gone cold actually. With this new testimony, we have been able to form a very concise and probably theorem.
Our first important bit : Cata cauda. His - her? - *Their* name is based on "cat". 3 Letters in cat. That'll be important very fast.
Now, we need to understand the context of the conversation. We as of now have no evidence indicating whether or not there was previous chat. Thus, we must assume Lolicon is either in a state of 2 minds : Insanity, or the ramblings of a man who knows the truth. We must assume he tells the truth. If so, then we must draw from the posts of the past.

Right, so what we can gather is that Lolicon was tortured and brainwashed after he gathered information about "HIM", then the brainwashing caused him to become their private Spec-Ops/Assassination Operative and he managed to go rogue/defected/got kicked out/left. Before we go any further, we should just say right now that Fizzer is being ruled out as a suspect. There is no lead or evidence claiming him as a murder, good evidence at least.
This is a very great start, but certainly it does not tell us who "HIM" is. Well, we must now do a great deal of extrapolation. Within warlight, there have been very few attempts at "Private" Organizations, illicit organizations and generally illegal organization. These are nowadays and have always been best expressed through clans. Only 4 clans foot the bill : ISIS, Illuminati, Royal Falcons and Lost Wolves. However, we must rule out ISIS and Illuminati because they existed Pre-2013/14. So, these 2 choices remain. But, we needn't go on any further.
It's very well established that Lost Wolves is not a completely quiet organization. Their workings are very secretive, but due to the loose structure of the clan it is obvious that they could not hope to do something like this. So that leaves the Falcons.
And it is truly obvious, and simple. Falcons are known quite despicably for their inter-clan acts, their forum rampants and lampoons. They clearly have an agenda, as well as many enemies. Strategic clans being one of them, and Platinum just so happens to be part of one : The 101st. The plot thickens.
Throughout its history, it's known that Falcons members have gone on to lead many coups and clan internal struggles. They've often been subjected to these internal conflicts and infighting as well.
It is only logical they would want to take the offensive against other clans, and shadow operatives are the ultimate way to accomplish that goal. But there is one crucial error we negate in this : the validity of ISIS being ruled out.
ISIS (also known and renamed as WI6) never was a truly cohesive clan, they were very much an elusive extra-clan organization. Above clans, transcendent they were. With the way in how they've gone dark, almost instantaneously. It's clear they had larger goals and agendas, tucked away, right in front of our faces. We see their corruption throughout clans today. The great Clans Forum ruckuses of Late 2013, 2014 and Early 2015, it was all their attempt to lead a revolution. And the Illuminati clan? They were in on it too. In fact, the Illuminati clan is their base of operations. Why do you think it was revived? Declared itself just another strategic clan? It's the perfect cover. That is, the Illuminati clan of old was not involved, but ISIS manipulates it nowadays for their own agenda. But why do all of this? Well like I've said, a motive hasn't been established yet. But the evidence is there. ISIS is in your clan, my clan, it's in every clan. They are all splinter cells, operatives working in groups. Pulsing in every clan, slowly corrupting it. They tried a very aggressive coup series in 2013-2015, but they know better now. Their new methods will be to take over our leadership before our eyes. They will be merciless, uncontainable, relentless. It is not if they will, but when they will.
But one question remains : Who is "HIM"? What does he have to do with any of this? What's his true involvement? Well there are many more theories that could be made, but the WLPD has settled upon this one: There are 15 paragraphs that had to be made for this report. Remember "cat" from earlier? 15/3 = 5. 5 Letters, perhaps? And then we take from earlier the notion of Illuminati being involved. The illuminati leader is Kasparov (Forbidden Knowledge). But the answer is not visible... or is it?
Because we are viewing "HIM" the wrong way. There is no "HIM", it's merely a cult of personality. It's a group of people. But how many people? 3 people. And I know who they are. Because I just said their names.
Knyte - This is a very obscure name, but it is clear he was in on this project from a very early phase. His first username , "dividerofzero". In Armenian (knyte's native region) "of" translates to "Հյուրատետր Hyuratetr". H. Coincidence?
Forbidden Knowledge - Another word for knowldege? Intelligence, Intellect. I. It's getting deeper.
Cata Cauda - The spawn of the case, and its solution. Having 3 letters in cat, 3 people in the group and 3 letter in HIM, it solves it. He is linked to the letter "H". In spanish, Cat translates to "Gato". In Spanish, G is often spoke silently or not , and when not, it is pronounce as "H".
It makes sense too. These people have diverse portfolios, many connections. They come frm rather dark, abysmal, or anonymous backgrounds. Quite literally popping into the scene from nowhere. Something very akin of "ISIS". Yeah yeah, so what. What's the huge connection? This is all coincidences!
Remember Illuminati from earlier? Their shape of choice, the triangle. FK's clan. 3 people, 3 letters in HIM, 3 letters in cat. 3 "3's", as well as 3 statements. As in 3 sides of a triangle. They might be "ISIS", but in reality, they are the embodiment of the Illuminati, they are the allseeing ones.
And that brings us back to Lolicon Love. What is his role in this? How did he learn of all of this? Because he used to be in CORP, and he picked up a few things. It makes sense.
So, in summation :

Conclusion : Cata cauda, knyte and Forbidden Knowledge are all part of a paramilitary/private organization that is allseeing and illegal, working to overthrow WarLight and spawn the New World Order.
Evidence : Surmounting evidence, unbelievable coincidences.
Verdict : Execute these men before they can cause further damage to WarLight.
