A lot more than IPs are looked at when determining alts. So changing the IP doesn't even come into it.

but come on if you get banned like multiple times then are forced to change you IP just to come back to troll there are no trolls that dedicated.

i want to know how is an alt determined beside the IP.

Look, Since there is an outcry for this idea I will remove it.

But there is one full proof way to Hold and that is to have mods... I'm going to do this right now...

Mods already exist btw. And they're already very good people. They just don't have the right tools- all they can do is move posts and review player reports.

Fortunately, I'm not one of them.

Well tbh, it all depends on how sophisticated the mod tools are. The games site I moderate has very sophisticated mod tools and very intricate internal procedures.
