I know there is still some tweaking to be done, but I'm convinced this is better than the first list. Any clans below CORP are free to challenge us to a few inter-clan games of mutually agreed templates.

Do GG really need to be lower than WG? I judged them off of how they did in CL6, and my mind will be changed if WG outperform GG in CL7. Sure, WG have more top-tier players in Ladders, but GG has very, very high ranking players in the 1v1 ladder. But still, CL7 awaits!

I think WG acquiring Falker and Gnuffles, while having less struggles to field an active team (Summer got booted, so did nich) will put them above GG. The question is whether that puts them on Apex's level or above, or if they're still a bit below us. Will Apex win 3 in a row?

I don't think Apex will win 3 in a row but that doesn't necessarily mean that whoever beat them is better than them...

If you went to M'Hunters school like I did you would have known that your 4v2 attack to Malaysia had to happen last order. When playing properly after picks you should have probably won against the former [20] player TeddyFSB. This is stuff that you don't learn by thinking about some trash rankings. Don't they teach you such stuff in the AWF?

My advice for everyone here is to stop making rankings about clans way beyond their skill level but actually learn from them. M'Hunters has published a great strategy guide. Read it, meditate over it and try to apply it.

You are statistically more likely to take it with a 4v2 when attacking last order, that's just maths mate, you're arse kissing is making you and M'Hunters look bad

Yep, is just simple maths... but Benjamin didn't know it... he just randomly assumed that AWF and M'Hunters were at the same skill level. Here is the mail I received from the M'Hunters guy that I asked a while ago.

Assumption: First you move 4v2 then your opponent moves with 4. Let's determine your opponents chances of getting the territory:

4 attackers have 40% chance of killing 3 (60% chance of killing only 2)
2 defenders have 31% chance of killing 2 (69% chance of killing only 1)

Opponent wins if "Your attacks lose 2" OR (Your attacks lose 1 AND he kills 3)
OR = needs to be added
AND = needs to be multiplied

Chance opponent wins = 31% + (69%*40%) = 58,6%

- If the opponent attacks only with 3 then getting last order with your 4v2 attack is even more obviously better.
- The reason the guy who moves later has better chances when both attack with 4 is mainly that 4 armies kill 2.4 on average what has quite some chance to result in 3 kills.

Look, I can't understand why they wouldn't let you in the clan, yet they allow people with 20% 1v1 ratings, and guys who've not been on for like close to 200 days. You must be like one of their leader's alt trying to big the clan up without looking like it's boasting.

Well, CORP has kind of been hijacked right now so... not much you can say. Anyway 3rd time in 5 months. That's a record, I think.

Icelandic Turtles are good, but French is better. As mentioned before, they are an A League Clan, and many of their members are very good. Additionally, their Ladder track record is far greater than that of the Icelandic Turtles, with some players such as Niko and Wazz taking the top spot in the 1v1 and Real-Time Ladder respectively.

While I agree, the M'Hunters guide is very good beginning and intermediate guide to WarLight strategy, it doesn't come close to supporting what you are saying here. Why shouldn't people make lists of clan rankings as they see fit? Given that some are obviously not held to popular belief on what the "best" clans are, they are only opinions. No need to bash players who are bold enough to state which clans they think are better than others.

I don't know much about AWF and M'Hunters, but I believe that although M'Hunters are better in terms of average player skill, both AWF and M'Hunters are equal in terms of the skill of their top members.

I'm mainly a roleplay guy (not classic diplo) but I also enjoy strategic games from time to time. My home is another clan but I do respect authority on different fields than mine.

I don't understand? OK... talking about crappy lists and making my own list kinda doesn't fit together however I have provided multiple lists with clan rankings, just not in this thread. I even made a thread ranking M'Hunters in different areas.

Why shouldn't people make lists as they see fit? Well, because this is just the same clique who keeps pating themselves on the back. Ladder ranks or clan league mean nothing any longer, just how many followers you can convince that you are the best. WG wins clan league --> means nothing, since 20 didn't participate.
