I think the Abandon Card is poorly named because it doesn't do a good job at describing what it does. Does anyone have any ideas on a better name? Perhaps something like the Land mine Card?

No, fortify implies you still own it

Never thought twice about Abandon, but now that you mention it, the name does not imply the troop increase, just a lack of ownership

What if you did:

Priority Blockade
Delayed Blockade

Or

Blockade - priority
Blockade - delayed


Since they have the same function and are only different in phase.

Call the abandon card the "Emergency Blockade" or "Emergency Fortification".

Abandon sounds quite nice, plus you don't need to increase the # of armies when using abandon.

Well, i don't care about the correct translation.
I have played for years with this names and i think i can continue playing with the actual names ;-)

I think the word "abandon" works - you are purposely losing the territory, with most likely more neutral troops than your troops.

Neutral remilitarization? That sounds sick in my opinion lol.
