I have come up with this new country game. It might take a little bit of effort, but don't shy away.

What you have to do, is get a map of your country, and divide it into regions. They don't have to be official, but you have to have something to say about each one of them. Here is an example, of my country - Scotland. For each "region" you come up with something to say about them, that distinguishes themselves from the rest of the country. You could do a brief overview of neighbouring countries as well. You don't have to do you country though - you could do your state, or whatever, if your country is too big.

agree with you on the capitol. whenever i think about the capitol of brazil i think "i know it's not Rio ... but what is it?"

They should make the capital Sao Paulo or something else on the coast. Brasilia is a joke.

The change from Rio to Brasilia came with a plan to make the rainforest useable for the economy. Brazil built hundreds of new roads all over the country and makes the land cheaper for new european and american companies (example MCDonalds) in order to boost the economy.

Brasília is a strategic capital. But it was built to be a majestic capitol building on a plateau rather than an economically stable city with industries and such. To this day, Brasília cannot produce anything other than hippie boybands and has quite a high criminality.

São Paulo cannot be capitol because not only it had horrible crysis due to drought, it also has a large amount of people supporting separatism (for quite a few good reasons, in fact).

And for those who think Rio is the capital, dont be ashamed. It was before Brasília. And before Rio, it was Salvador the one and only true capital! >:3

Feels like a wave is accros the thread that changed most posts from accusations to stereotypes. People always obviously rank their own hometown as most positively region in their country. Doesn't bother for me I do the same.

But I felt like "ME :D" was more of a better thing to put with the little space I had. "Dirty beaches" would have worked better, though.

Ah no, I was following the stereotype of a Polish person (nationalism is kind of important there still, especiall that now catholic extermists are in power and make drama everywhere).
