I know I have it,but how anyone can have it? For anyone having it there is needed player who have it. For him is needed other which means impossible.

Hence the term "viral". Chances are Fizzer gave it to himself, and then once someone defeated him, they got infected with the achievement, and it continues in a large, snowballing amount of players, until everyone gets it, and the viral achievement rules the world.

I remember the same thing in MW2 (don't know if they are in the new ones).

it was a title and if you equipped it and then stabbed someone you would give it to someone else too. and to encourage people to do this you got another title for giving it to someone else.

okay lol just looked up what it was called ... STD ... like wtf cod

and to start it they probably had one of the devs go around stabbing people for a while.
