I think Fizzer mentioned that it was the ladders programming that did this (as it creates the game, it randomly changed the bonuses so they would either be one higher, one lower or the same). It isn't an option you have in game creator at the moment (you can change the bonuses, but only specifically - you can't generate random bonus values without the use of another technology like folded paper in a hat ;) )
