The following people do not get the respect they deserve from the general fans of Star Wars

1) Dash Mothaf*cking Rendar - This ginger hunted down IG-88D, was a help for the rebels in the Battle of Hoth, led the raid to steal the Death Star plans, tracked Boba Fett after he took Han all the way to Gall, and Brought down the Black Sun syndicate. Recognized as a pilot on par with Han Solo.

2) Qui-Gon Jinn - First to mention midi-chlorians, brought new concepts to the Order, ensured that Anakin would be trained, and was the first Jedi in millennia to be able to make contact with others after his death (he then taught this to Yoda and Obi-Wan).

3) Aurra Sing - Was trained as a jedi for a while by the Dark Woman. is great at killing and quite frankly deserved more screen time in the animated series. Trained Boba in the ways of bounty hunting.

4) Jar Jar Binks - He is the reason the Gungans and the Naboo. He is vice senator of Naboo and is the reason Palpatine received so much political power. Kind of an important piece to the puzzle.

5) Every other bounty hunter that isn't a Fett or Cad Bane.
Dengar - Saved Boba's life after he escaped the sarlacc. The Rambo of Star Wars. He has Boba's respect as a bounty hunter.

Bossk - Served as one of Boba Fett's bodyguards in his teen years. Became one of the most feared bounty hunters during the Civil War, and owned a bitching ship called the "Hound's Tooth." He ate his siblings at birth.

IG-88B - There were four IG-88s. IG-88B was the one in Episode V. He was considered second only to Boba Fett.

Embo - A bounty hunter from "The Clone Wars," Embo was second only to Cad Bane in terms of the amount of bounties he brought in. He was last seen Snowboarding on a metal saucer hat firing rounds from a customized laser crossbow at Ahsoka Tano, with his demon-like dog in tow. Badass.

6) Mon Mothma - The frickin leader of the rebels.

7) Admiral Ackbar - The frickin general of the rebels, as well as the former captain of the Calamari.

8) Many others from times not featured in the movies. I will not dive deep into this category.

Exar-Kun - Probably the least underrated. The strongest fallen Jedi. like, this guy was god.

Darth Bane - An accomplished Sith Lord who founded the "Rule of Two," allowing only one master, and one apprentice to ever exist at one time.

Countless others that I don't have the time to pull out my book to research again right now.

9) Many Jedi. Could you name all the Council members from the prequels off the top of your head?

Ki-Adi-Mundi - trained under Yoda, fought and lived against Grievous, who was killed by Kenobi only because Kenobi used a blaster, which isn't really the Jedi way of doing things. Trained Anakin Skywalker for a time.

Aayla Secura - Aside from being the most broken Jedi in Battlefront II, Aayla was trained by Quinlan Vos, who was one of the more aggressive Jedi. She got through an encounter with the dark side of the Force. She was promoted to Master after fighting and surviving in Geonosis and Kamino. She was remembered by the planets she helped save and her stories eventually were integrated into some planets' cultures.

etc - If you are placed on the Jedi Council, you are pretty freaking awesome in one way or another.

10) Quinlan Vos - Aayla Secura's master. He was traumatized all his life by the memory of his parents' deaths at the hand of Anzati vampires, and because of that he walked fairly close to the Dark Side all his life. He survived geonosis. He infiltrated Dooku's disciples after becoming a Jedi master. After three years, he broke away from Dooku and went back to become a general of the Republic, only to be betrayed by his men during the purge. He survived Order 66, however, and went into hiding with his lover.

11) The other IG-88s - Basicly, IG-88A wanted an AI revolution, and he booted up IG-88s B, C, and D to do so. He was literally two seconds away from galactic domination when he hijacked the second Death Star as it was destroyed by the Rebel Alliance. Look it up.

I'm sure I missed somebody, so if I don't have someone on this list you think I should have, then post them in the thread below. I will put out two more lists in the near future, maybe more. One will be "Overrated SW Characters that deserve their hype (so not actually overrated)," and "Overrated SW characters that do not at all deserve their hype." I will probably make future lists on other things, as well. And Knyte, I swear to God, if you say that this is too off-topic, you might be featured in a rant.

Rom Koda. Knew the clones were fishy business from the start. Was one of the few to survive order 66 and eventually began raiding imperial depos. Was influencial in in helping to kick start the rebellion.

Mace Windu has a pretty big fanbase, and will be featured on the list of those that deserve their hype.

If you meant that one Warlight player, then I guess I fell for your troll.

Stormtroopers are supposed to be one of the best shots in the galaxy. How the hell they miss every shot is beyond me.

Because it's all a conspiracy.

In episode IV, Ben points out that certain bullet shots were "too accurate for sand people," leaving the only other culprit to be stormtroopers. They weren't bad shots in the very beginning of the first movie, in fact, they wrecked the rebels and captured Leia. When Luke and the others went to rescue her, Darth Vader let them live on purpose. He wanted to find out where the Rebel hideout is, and used the Millennium falcon to do so. You can even hear Tarkin criticizing Vader saying "This had better work, Vader. I'm risking a lot letting them go." (or something like that.) In Episode V, Vader, again, wanted the crew alive in Cloud City and again made the stormtroopers miss. Episode VI doesn't really show many stormtroopers.

You forgott
Hego Damask aka
Darth Plagueis.
He planned the whole f*cking conspiracy before Palpatine was even born plus he did a lot of research on midi-chlorians and found out that a person can die if he wants them to just by ordering the midi-clorians to do so.He also found out how to reanimate them.Sadly, the rule of the two ended his life quickly. He died the night before Palpatine got elected.(Palpatine made him drunk and sleepy and so his former-master died.)

Also Quinlan Vos fleed with his wife (and family?!) while he was at a mission at Kasyyyk together with Yoda during Order 66.

Yeah, Plagueis falls under 8, although now that you say all that, he may have deserved his own spot. Also, you left out the "h" in "Kashyyyk."

To answer your edit:

> Ki-Adi-Mundi did, in fact, die during the purge. I didn't feel the need to mention that, just like with Aayla Secura.

>I could have mentioned Satele Shan, perhaps, but I thought everyone knew about Malgus, and was planning to feature him in the next list.

> Kit Fisto has a good-sized fanbase.

And what about Mastress Shaak Ti?-Or Wat Tambor from the Techno-Union?-Or Tarfful, the wookie who helped Yoda to escape from Kashyyyk?-Yoda and him were friends before.

Also you missed to mention Great-General Thrawn as well as the Noghri which enacted a purge during which Thrawn died.

> Shaak-Ti was made a boss fight in the Force Unleashed. Rom Kota was, as well, but he was never shown in the movies or television series, unlike Shaak-Ti. Category 9

> I never liked Wat, so my mind probably didn't add him subconsciously. Category 8

> Thrawn was too complicated to describe in the time I had. Category 8
