What's the issue with paragraphs? The way i see it, it's just as effective as any other way to tell info. It's not giving you any less or any more. Just a different format is all.
It's not the most aesthetically pleasing format, bullet points can be powerful.
TBD is just something we aren't even sure about. Do we want rules at all? It's pretty well established that you just don't disrespect each other and it's okay.
Well, either no rules, either put TBD on top.
By this book i assume you mean A Song of Ice and Fire (TV show is Game of Thrones), I would have to disagree with that statement maybe you look down on these particular people but most wouldn't care.
Well, I do, mainly because it seems like every other diplomacy nowadays is some Westeros diplomacy. I doubt I am alone in this opinion.
