Seriously. I mean usually I prefer crowded maps but having to make 24 picks every game is insane, especially when there are only 32 possible start points. Should be 2 spots maximum.
Anyway, see you bozos in Europe.

If you don't like being on top of each other, don't play the ladder. But 2 picks would make the ladder terrible. It would just be like the current 2v2 ladder, which is rotten compared to the old 2v2 ladder.
It is just a different game IMO. It is about prioritizing some spots, countering others. Much of the game is decided on picks. If you played it like Strat ME (distribution wise), then you'd have about the same % of the bonuses picked (ignoring the 0 bonuses on ME)...but you'd have a lower percentage of the map actually covered since EU has many more territories.
Also, without the gift card that Strat 2v2 has, you'd have a big problem with 2 picks each and someone getting completely hosed right off the bat.
If it is not your style, so be it. But it is the better way to play it.

The only problems I have with the 2v2 ladder are that it's 16%WR when it should be 0%SR, and the fact that final earth has gotta be one of the worst maps on the entire site.
But my point with the 3v3 is if you're gonna have 24/32 spots get chosen in total, just save everyone a lot of trouble and make it auto distribution. I don't think it would make much of a difference.

Haha are you kidding Queef? I honestly wish that this is a joke - but I fear it isn't... I'm not sure you understand that even though there are 24 picks taken on the map out of the 32 bonuses - there is so much strategy to do with being able to pick well, have presence in the whole map, have some "safe" bounses. Balancing expansion vs fighting and having 4 different borders across the maps with only 5 base income. Please don't tell me that picking is the same as having auto distribution...
