Our first update! It's almost exactly like last season, GG is tearing it up in 1v1 stage and ruthlessly taking the lead. WG, AHoL, and French are being punished for inconsistency in 1v1s, but do remember that the team games will be the deciding factor. No team games have been finished yet so the only information that we can really derive from this is that GG goes pretty freakin' hard on 1v1s. GreenTea from Lynx holds 3 of their 4 wins himself, which is a pretty impressive start.

The love for AHoL in this thread makes me unbelievably happy. Sad I wasn't around to be a part of the planning process and to make it into any of the games.

AHoL will come in first, or will get too drunk and come in whatever place is last without getting relegated.

GG has retained the lead, carving up the 1v1s like a full Turkey at Thanksgiving dinner. They've only dropped 3 games in the 1v1 with 4 people at 4 wins. It's almost exactly like their 1v1 dominance last season. GG is a team that's scary and has improved since last season. Apex just like last season is relying on team games to catch up to GG, of which they've already won 2. French have won the first 3v3 game and look to have improved by a lot from last season. Blitz and Lynx are neck and neck and have swapped positions multiple times.

AHoL are below 10% winrate. They require a miracle to get out of their situation, and just to really put the point home, when 101st played in A they never dipped below 10%. They are 2-21. Ouch.

WG have underperformed the 1v1 stage by a lot. Gnuffone holds 5 of their 8 wins. They require some serious wins in the 2v2 and 3v3 stage over Apex, GG, and French if they hope to contest the top 3.

This is by far the most competitive group ever and it is unfortunate that French, Blitz, Lynx, or WG will end up relegated with AHoL (sorry, you guys are a little too sober).

Do what's right, save a dying AHoL today.

The new speadsheet looks amazing

ChrisCMU just made our jobs as scorekeepers like 1000000x times easier.

Since this is sorted by max points atm, technically Apex has 2nd due to winrate being a clearer picture until half the games have been played.

GreenTea went 6-0 in Battle Islands 1v1, accounting for more than half of Lynx's current wins.

Gnuffone has clinched Greece 1v1 with 5-0, everyone with 1 loss has lost to Gnuffone, so he would win tiebreakers anyways.

The team games for Apex seem to be rolling in now, the gap between GG and Apex has been shortened, and French are definitely outperforming compared to last season.

the tabel says yApex has won 1 3v3 game, also the score says it while this aint true. Apex didn't beated WG in a 3v3 game yet. Maby you guys can fix this and post a new picture of how the score is?

I'm surprised AhOL hasn't pulled a Bender and stated that they'll make their own clan league, with blackjack...and hookers.

You just have to read the two first pages of predictions in this thread to see FC almost everywhere placed in 5-, and sometimes last. I think AK talk about people who not are in top clans are thinking. FC is not often represented in the ladders and get not so much visibility, so it's logic.

But anyway, we will not be first this season. Maybe we could get very good performances in 3v3, as usual (with our first team, but this season we have a real second one), and be correct in 1v1, but we fail our starts in 2v2. We have to face the facts we play for the second place, and it will be hard.

I don't honestly think you play for 2nd place. I also hate that rhetoric. Believe in yourselves and you can succeed. I think you guys fielded a very good team and I had you guys 5th due to consistency issues. You guys fixed those issues and I'm looking forward to a podium team being fielded each season :)
