You can ask anyone anything except for what was explicitly stated to them in the role pm. For example:
"What did your role pm say about you?" Is legal.
"Copy and paste your role pm for us to see" Is not legal.

If you want to pressure someone to claim their role, you should vote against them and convince others to help you vote against that person to force them to claim sensitive information.
