I always have moral dilemma whether I should correct people when they make grammar mistakes or not. I just wanna help but it might come off rude plus I'm not that perfect too. ^^

^Those two sentences have plenty of mistakes. Try reading them out loud.

It's not that important that their grammar is a bit off, it's the maps we care about.

As long as you get the gist, you should not complain about non-native speakers' grammar.

Agreed with OnlyThePie. I'm also sensitive to obvious grammar mistakes (you showed plenty of examples) but putting them in the spotlight doesn't really help. Grammar doesn't come as easily for everyone and most people on this site are not native speakers. It would be more fitting for a gentleman to send a helpful message to those map makers, with some constructive feedback on their description texts.
