other options: Opera, IceCat(formerly Iceweasel)
other options for those whom want to kill themselves: IE and Safari

IE is under-rated I believe. I never use it because it loads pages slowly for an unknown reason...

Chrome is basically the best browser. With Opera in Second. Only IE, Firefox, Chrome and Opera is being compared.

IceCat is a relative of Firefox(made by the same company), but is much lighter and less likely to be sending data, as most people whom use it are people who don't want their data in the hands of the government.

I have windows vista and started seeing this problem when I upgraded flash player to version 19. Minimize/maximizing the screen fixes it, and I just deal with it.

I keep flash disabled in other browsers.
