Rivers are Elbe, Weser,Ems

Lakes are Steinhuder Meer, Dümmer,Zwischenahmer Meer

surface largest municipalities are Neustadt am Rübenberge,
Geestland, Walsrode

most populous Cities are Hannover, Braunschweig, Oldenburg

highest mountains are Wurmberg, Hafelberg, Große Blöße

Doesn't sound good at all. We understand what you want to say but these are all broken phrases.
