I like it.

sounds like a lot of fun. but it's a bit complicated. how many XP for a Level? Who decides the templates? who are gym leaders? I can't check out the spreadsheet... cool idea but very time consuming for you and probably for the gym leaders...

I would limit it at 50ish people. The XP for a level and XP you get for winning a game are all exponential equations.

I'm happy to be a Gym Leader or Elite 4 Member...

Edit: I'm not qualified to be an elite 4 which is quite high prerequisites.

Quite high requirements for elite 4, and it seems very hard for anyone to make it though really!

Agreed - 2300 is restricted only to a select few, most of who probably would not be interested in joining.

It's an interesting idea, I think it'd be cool to try it out. Might also hone my Strategic skills :P

my highest rating with the 16% WR settings of 1v1 ladder was 1934 and i lose most of the games then if i would be elite 4 then half of the players would win for sure

Ohyeah, your google docs need to be published version (publish it then we can just all view it), or allow everyone to have access but set everyone on view only :)

Remember my super cool Rattata? My Rattata is different from regular Rattata. It’s like my Rattata is in the top percentage of all Rattata.

Having said that lol, the spreadsheet doesn't work without permission. Also, I hope there is only one game at each time..

Fixed link. You can edit your post saying "stepping out of the tall grass" after 1 invite to limit games. Then, later you change it back to get 1 more.
