Actually that 2 questions in the beginning are very smart. If someone votes somethung stupid there he shouldn't be able to vote on the last one.

It's also problematic, because many players prefer different rounding modes depending on the type of game, or at least like a variety of rounding settings. In the context of the 1v1 ladder I much prefer WR, but in other contexts I like SR.
