Hi,

I made a little map today. It's nothing big, just an alternative to Small Earth but based on where people actually live (hint: Bangladesh and Nigeria are included, Kamtchatka is not).

If anyone would like to test, let me know. If I get response very soon I'll do a real time playtest. Otherwise we'll do a multiday.

One particular question: I included Australia/New Zealand because that made sense to me at first but for the purpose of the map it is not relevant enough to make the cut. Technically the combined population of Australia, New Zealand and those Pacific island nations is about 30 million which is just a fraction of what the other territories have. Thoughts?

Also, Central Africa didn't make it but I wanted a connection so I made it a sort of worthless road. Which is weird since the person who controls sub saharan africa will almost always control that road. Turn it into a part of the bonus (and make Africa worth 5) or remove it and connect the other african territories in a similar way to the Saharan connection?

This is an interesting take on modern Earth. I would say change some borders as some territories only border cities (eg the German one and Stockholm, the Russian one and St Petersburg, the South American ones and Lima etc...)
