Not sure of Archaros, but the other 4 are all great. My sympathies are with Turkey, not only because it's definitely a great map but also because it's where I'm from. But I don't think it's good for a 4FFA.

Europe 1300 AD got my vote, at the end of the day.

This is just an idea but I believe you can reward mapmakers by giving them an achievement/trophey if they have actually won the title.

I dont think this is a good idea. Not just because even shitty maps like duel would be additionally benefited. It might even change the focus of the election; from maps rating towards a rating of mapmakers popularity.

Africa Big won that one hands down. Proud that Archaros was second and gets nominated again.

It might be a good map in terms of overall balance and connections, but it's not a visually straighforward map. The lands have too many dents, plus too many colors are used. And the map looks unbalanced with respect to the number of territories: many of the territories are put on the right-hand side (or at least it seems so at first glance).

It's a shame that such bad maps win the map of the week title lately!
