I think he has a good shot.

It should be very easy to get into Masters Clan if Ottoman's skills are any indication. Go for it!

He could be a beginner i mean he has a good ranked stats but alot of his games were clearly played on a practice setting

Before throwing yourself out on the forum, check the list of clans and see what suits you best. If you can't come to a good verdict, make a post on the forum with what you want from a clan.

Also, The Poon Squad may have their questionable settings and names, but I've talked with a couple, and they're quite friendly people.
