Mostly because he had the highest level for a very long time, and even more so because I think when he was level 59, the closest player to him was level 57 (not counting MG)

Also my perception of "most famous" is probably heavily influenced by when I started playing. I'm sure if I had started out by playing 1v1s I would say dead piggy is the most famous.

I'd say the most famous is nobody in particular. I see some advocating for the beta players, others the pros and others promote Forum trolls. Bobody in particular is really that famous on this site. If it were to be anybody, it's the one that can slip seamlessly into any corner of warlight.
