I'm looking for clans,so if any clan is interested, here i am xD I am level 7,but i had some pretty good games, also had some very bad games. I used to play quite a lot of Diplo's,actually mostly about 70% of all my games are probably diplo's. I'm not that good at 1v1 real-time or multi-day games, but i am heck of a much better at 2v2. I always do good job when i have a good team mate to rely on.I do alot of 2v2 multi-day games, and i found out that i am way better in those than 1v1.
So again,if any clan is interested in a fresh newbie,i'm here.
Come on, don't focus on its stats, he mostly plays diplos, and if you don't play for the win they don't count.
I am in a Diplo clan, maybe you can give me some links to games you have played to see how are you there. (If you are going to do so, do it by mail so I can see)
Win rates also are a weak indicator. Especially overall win rates. The important win rates are 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3, yet even these ones have their flaws and inaccuracies. They are of course stronger indicator than level, but they still have many flaws.
For you, I'd say the Wolves are a good place to start out. :)
Ok, I'll concede that they offer very little to develop players strategically... and their role playing is not very high tier... and their player standards are quite low... and the clan's atmosphere is a little immature and lazy... which is probably as a result of managers all fighting another with nobody to calm down the situation (e.g. a bunch of Oxs and Prabs, with no Deaths or Tjoexs)
also, the top 20% of Wolves have 80% of the power
but, all that aside, Wolves offer a massive, hugely active community that allow diplomacy players a good start into WarLight, much better than a start in Darklords, where they might give up on the game entirely. Players can make some good friends there, and either get sucked into the blackhole of eternal Wolf patriotism, or they can use this starter knowledge to then move onto bigger and better things (e.g. knyte, shyb, etc.)
I'd much rather be in an immature / lazy clan, than a dead clan.
To conclude, The Wolves aren't a place to stay in WarLight eternally- take them as WarLight primary school, before they move onto WarLight secondary school (Juggernauts / CORP / Illuminati / M'Hunters etc.) and finally, WarLight University (Apex / GG / WG etc.) and if they got skillz WarLight jobs (WarLight Staff).
