Blank was a Pathologist. Maybe some Mafia scum changed hi role but he is a Medium now

I forgot to include today's story in the OP. Please read for your enjoyment.

The villages moved to seize the day with renewed vigor. The martyrdom of Blank would never be required again. Not if they could help it. The meeting with the town mayor was due to start, but one of them was missing.
"Where is The onion?" One of them asked.
"Probably under layers of Blankets still" mused another.
The gathered townspeople chuckled.
"I'll fetch him now then." Muttered the first. Slamming open the doors to the church building, he took to the stairs three at a time and started at a brisk pace towards the residency of The Onion.

*Thump Thump Thump* "Ahoy! Are you coming Mr. Onion?!" The townie peered through the window. The inside of the house was an utter mess, food and clothing scattered everywhere irrationally.
'Tisk, he's got some cleaning to do.' Thought the townie to himself. Moving around the side of the house, tapping on each window, the townie made his way to the Onions bedroom, seeking to rouse him well this time.
*rata tat tat* "Mr. Onion!" An eerie silence permeated the room. From the window, the townie could see the entire room except for the bed, where presumably the Onion lay in deep sleep.

The townie examined the window. He pushed it. The window swung open with no resistance, revealing a dark crimson handprint on the inside of the sill.
"OH MY, He-HEAVENS HELP M-ME!!" Screaming like a girl ten years younger than him, the townie sprinted back to the church, certain that something most foul had befallen the Onion.

"The Onion is dead?!" The townspeople cried out in alarm.
"I DON'T KNOW! But there is BLOOD on the window sill! A hand print no doubt."
"We must make all due haste to his residence at once!" Exclaimed the Mayor.

The sprint to The Onion's house allowed time for all the fears of the villagers to become manifest again. Panic spread, as if a virulent plague were infecting all the villagers. The mayor at the front took a shortcut through the graveyard and the villagers followed. The new and most recent head marking of Blank stood starkly against the old markers that had stood for ages past. The townie who had originally intended to fetch The Onion was running at the back of the group, steeling himself to deny his emotions, unlike the other villagers.

The text on Blank's stone stood out to him. "Blank, Medium. Will be forever remembered for his martyrdom."

'I don't remember Blank being a medium.' He thought to himself. His conviction slowed him to a stop. 'No, Blank was not a medium.' He scrutinized the gravestone in alarm. Sure enough, the tell tale signs of unpacked dirt surrounded it. The stone had been uprooted... and replaced.
'Someone is tampering with our dead.'

RIP Onion.

And what do you mean he's not medium? o.O
How do you even found that out being a medium as you claimed? You I believe you haven't used your power yet, and you cannot investigate during day phases. Still, I trust you, just curious about how you found it.
