I tested it out and here's what I got. Well... WL has no limitations other than your device to run Android 2.3.3+ or IoS 6+.


Mobile : Check your available Ram ;)
100MB : shit , get a new tablet
256MB : Still shit , no quality here
512MB : OK , 60fps but not frequently
512-1GB : Getting better , still lags on the USA map
1-2GB : That's what your Talking
3GBish : Enjoy the game
4GB : Do you really need that much?

PC : Device Ram , rather than Available

1GB : Same as 1GB on mobile
2GB : OK
3GB : Laggy
4GB : Less lag , 61fps!!!!
5-8GB : Need for moar fps? , great performance
16GB : Too much m80

You need ALL the RAM.
