I'm sorry, but you should cut it up and make several maps.
It's just too busy and overwhelming. :-/

... really? just make circles. do you not think that the numbers on top of those numbers won't look weird. and also just because they say what the bonus is doesn't meant someone will change the bonus amount.
- Numbers are less confusing than a colour code (I did a colour code once, it was not that good)
- Average bonus squares or circles can't be placed due their large size which makes them rather unplayable:
It clearly took a lot of work, but I don't agree that it's a good map. You can't even properly play it on mobile due to memory + the need to change colors if just one player has yellow.
-Its capacity is 1.8k which is considerably low for a huge map (comparable to Pennsylvania which is 2.4k) but it's just the quantity of bonusses that makes it harder to load
-Very bad idea to play huge maps with more than 2300 territories on a mobile device + most people who do roleplay or diplomacy games usually play on a computer.
