I doubt he'll be back before the end of DP2... He forfeited his night actions due too lateness and when asked to confirm participation he was very late.

A crule shout of "hang him up" came from the angry crowd. Hands grabbed onto the colonel roughly dragging him towards the gallows.

While colonels neak was being secured the sallon owner addressed the crowd, "Colonel H Cadwell has been sentenced to death by decree from the people of Jackson. Let that bandolas weep for their dead like we have done". With a swift pull of a switch the floor fell suspending him to his fate.
