It would be useful but you have to remember that you need Internet even to load Warlight.net, it's a website

You must be kidding.

You can download the WarLight.html file and run it offline with any web browser.
(I don't remember where I got it, but you can do some searching and probably find it.)

Edit: But this is only for the Single player. It wont help your hot seat idea, unless Fizzer modifies the game to make it have that feature.

yeah. i found in armorgames. but it is only singleplayer. not hotseat
