Watch the the history of this game. Notice how Scandinavia and Italy, Commander's alts, gift out to him. This boosts him to over 2000 income, and ruins the game pretty effectively for the rest of us. While he has attempted to do this atleast twice, and been foiled this time, forced to leave the game the other, this is still a danger to our games. The game is ruined. It's just a massive world war, and then hunting down non-voters. Does that sound fun? I can see why so many people left the game.

I have reported him, it's an old game. And, the reason this is here is because he ruined the game. It was not at all interesting in the slightest after this.
