But it really... you know... cannot screw you over much. At all. Sure Fizzer can do what he wants with your account, but his best interests are yours. They struck the clause whereby you pledged eternal servitude as his sex toy when you created an account. Any ToS is worded to put you at a disadvantage/the company at an advantage. That's just part of it. Some of it's even enforceable... which is a good thing, if you like the site surviving in the world of jackassery which we inhabit. It's not a terribly imposing one compared to many.

Warlight's terms of service are still a better love story than Twilight

I don't get the point in posting this? What's so surprising about a site's ToS being in favor of the site? Google's ToS and Apple's ToS actually have some nasty implications of what they can do with your information, and what they actually do with your information lol.
