If you refer 3 people who become members, you get a free membership.

There was a tournament started with the winner being awarded a membership. I'm sure there will be more in the future.

If the game creator needs money, why wont he put some advertises here? What are the costs anyway?

Go read the blog -- Fizzer made a very detailed post about why he chose to go with a membership model rather than ads. I believe he also stated that Warlight currently costs about $300 to host.

I`am quite nooby, but I met some people who are really good at 1-1 games - and they are not in membership clan.

Back to topic: If you are curious of Warlight just buy it.

Qaddafi, if you can't afford a membership, there are many places that will give you cash for donating blood. Go to one of them, give blood, then go to another and lie and say you haven't given blood and give blood again. Eventually, you'll either have enough cash to buy a membership, or you'll be in a coma and unable to post here anymore. Lose/Win for us.
