When I try to upload I get this error

There appears to be an issue with this svg file. The svg contains measurements that are in a format other than pixels (such as points, inches, centimeters, percents, etc.) WarLight only supports pixel measurements. Please configure your application to output the svg in pixels, and ensure that percentages aren't used anywhere.

I use Inkscape and the only place I see measurement options is at the top and it is set to px. What is going on?

Have you uploaded a map before and it has worked?

Go to:
File -> Document Properties -> Page -> Page Size -> Custom Size
Once you have found this area, change the units to px and make sure that you have the correct size of dimensions in the Width and Height slots.

Unfortunately, this will mean your whole map will have to be re-sized, which you can either remake the whole thing or figure out how to make everything proportionally bigger, which I have no idea how to do.

If you need to re adjust the size of all items in the map proportionally, simply select all (Ctrl+A) and drag the corner with the mouse while holding Ctrl. This will keep the proportion the same while adjust the overall size

Thanks, it works now. It was just a test map (my first time) so everything is alright.

AKA a shape or your map is not in pixels, I did this recently as new versions of inkscape default to mm instead of pixels.
