I'm curious, if you get paired up with someone(or a team) in a multi-day ladder, how long does it take until you can be able to get paired up with the same person (or team) again?

It's not restricted by time, but by games. I believe it's 3 games.
So say team A play team B, then before they can play each other again both need to complete 3 games against other teams.
