The year is 1900, Most of Africa is under colonial rule with Ethopia, Liberia and the Transvaal/Oranje Republic defying the colonial powers. These will be played by AIs. This is a diplo, based on the real world scenario. European powers can't attack each other without declaring, the AIs are free game though. France and Britain hold a lot of power so its suggested that the weaker colonies first try to work together to kick them out.

If there are any inaccuracies with the way the map is set, please let me know as Im trying to make it as historically accurate as possible. Also let me know if there are any balance problems or suggestions.
