Hey!

So... I remember getting the "tutorial breaker" achievement a long time ago and for some random reason I wanted to go back and do it again but unto my utter horror and dismay it is now unachievable! With this no-luck witchcraft, is there no method to gain this achievement?
Or maybe I'm doing it wrong. But the way I did it now causes a 4-turn-win, in 3 turns it needs 1 more army to capture all of Africa. 3v2's hit 100%, which helps, but no matter what you're to lose 1 army for any neutral attack. Which puts the player in a pickle.

Translation: No-luck makes it so that you cannot win in 3 turns.
Is Tutorial Breaker a thing of the past?
