All he said is that last turn went badly (so he isn't delaying because the 1 turn that went badly was last turn, and he hasnt been able to stall the game if the game only turned last turn, so shut up about stalling please) not that he has lost - he can always bring it back...
Also ACL is known for being a slow player, so please just stop complaining about everything
