Well, taking into account that a lot of game IDs aren't even games, I reckon there's about 5million games, tops.

exactly, since the first game was 45 so the 10 millionth game should be 10 million and 45. There are also a lot of games that get deleted or never start. Then there's question of whether a lotto game is actually a game or even a game that ends in a vote.

We may very well be witnessing the actual 10 millionth game quite soon but we'll never know.
