If the game gets messed up because of boots during picks, you should vote to end.

This isn't a good example, since OP agreed to play the game turn 1, then changed his mind turn 3.

A 2v1 is stupid. I didn´t agree to go on turn 1. I hadn´t even noticed they were both gone. Sometimes I notice the timer is near the boot and just take my turn as fast as possible. During picks I lost 2 allies, and TURN 0, before they were actually booted, I said, ¨Let´s see if I can win this.¨ My guess for why I said that (I don´t have a perfect memory) is that I was expecting one to be booted, expecting a 3v2, which I would have played.

And since I´m mildly curious, what has xpertthief been saying?

just had that scenario, it was a 4 vs 4, one of my teammates got booted, the other two started in the same bonusland and got booted to.. I asked for vte, because it wasnt my fault, and I didnt saw a reason why I should get a lost match more in my static. but they rudely answered, so I played along and made the match as long and boring as possible.. at the end three of them got booted and the last one finaly voted to end.

was just a waste of time for everyone, but if the match doesnt starts properply, it should be voted to end, so no one gets disadvantaged. Would have done the same, if I would have been on the "winners"-side, if you can call that a win.

Booting is a big part of this game sadly, you can set up pre reqs and long boot times all you want, but it wont stop someone from getting booted. Stuff happens and its not the other player's fault to have to waste their time when they did everything right. Voting is for jabronis, just find a reliable partner like death said.

Cookie there are faster ways to get points, lotterie games or very small maps. And the stats are also important, maybe more important than points, because points will be useless anytime, stats are forever. I often see prerequests 40 % 3on3 winrate, even for tournaments. Also a lot people treat you as an idiot if you are below 40 %. 1on1 and 2on2 stats are also interesting for the people but noone cares ffa stats, because everyone seems to understand its a lucky thing to win a ffa.

Voting a teamgame is a question of honest. You should vote all games (also practice), if 1 player gets booted or got no time anymore and the game isnt decided.

But you can try to make a check which team got the higher income and let the team with the higher income win, the most time it is the team which will win anyway.

I know faster ways to get point. That is why I am not playing open games anymore. I am playing coin games tournaments games and ladder games.
I do not want waste my time with people when they understand they lost ask vote to end. So Actually I do not care about this topic. If you ever play against me you can not ask for vote to end because there is not any option for vote to end in coin games, tournaments and ladder games.
