I'm not looking to join a Legion based clan which is exactly what one of them is based on. I want a literal Roman based Clan/Empire that will actively do DIPLOS/RPS.

You want a nation that barely has unity, a corrupt government and administration, a fat and lethargic populace, as well as giving up your identity to external powers? Not a clan I'd want to join

Have either of you (or an alt) been in VM recently? If not, how would you know what we base things off of or do for activities?

Another way of saying what I'm trying to ask is - If you were involved and disliked it, what was wrong? If you weren't involved, how can you know what we do and say you wish to do something different?

These clans already exist I already told you earlier, you can contact the leaders of these clans, if you have any idea and you can then reform their clans if they agree (particularly thinking about SPQR clan which seems to be a dead clan).

But I dont think you will find that much people wilLing to give you money for it, since your own clan idea has already been implemented, try something more original, and then it may work.
